Role Overview
We are looking for a GenAI Engineer who can build and optimize AI-driven systems while automating the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client requirements into structured workflows and enabling intelligent automation across development, QA, and deployment processes.

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer who can build and optimize AI-driven systems while automating the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client requirements into structured workflows and enabling intelligent automation across development, QA, and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on GenAI initiatives including organizing, testing, and improving AI-driven systems
- Build evaluation frameworks to assess and improve AI performance
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art open-source AI models
- Develop AI-powered automation to convert client requirements into epics, tasks, and workflows
- Automate effort estimation, task breakdown, and intelligent assignment across teams
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering solutions
- Build data pipelines and integration architectures for improved performance and reduced latency
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions
- Work with LLMs, vector databases, and implement hallucination detection mechanisms
- Integrate AI systems with existing stack (Java backend, JavaScript MUI frontend, MongoDB & MySQL, Cloud deployment)
- Ensure automation across development lifecycle including QA, staging, and deployment
- BS in Data Sciences from a reputable university
- 4–6+ years of professional experience with 2–3+ years in AI/ML
- Strong expertise in data processing, structuring, and visualization
- Experience in predictive modeling and AI system design
- Proficiency in Python (knowledge of .NET is a plus)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Experience working with vector databases
- Ability to debug non-deterministic AI systems
- Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks and hallucination detection
- Proven ability to deliver AI solutions in production environments
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to handle end-to-end workflows
- Ability to automate complex processes using AI
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
- Capability to bridge AI systems with real-world engineering workflows
