About the Role

The role involves conducting outbound cold calls to truck owners across the US, generating leads, and introducing our truck dispatch services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to truck owners across the US.
• Generate leads and introduce our truck dispatch services.
• Convince potential clients to partner with our company.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.

Required Skills

• Confident and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

• Dinner provided.
• 15% commission on the first week's invoices for every sale closed.
