You will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations within your team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to enhance performance. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a team of five call center agents, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve their performance and customer interaction skills.
• Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with management to implement new policies and improve service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team attendance.
