We are looking for a confident and experienced Calling Agent to handle outbound calls for a USA-based campaign. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a neutral/US-friendly accent, and the ability to engage prospects professionally over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based customers/leads
• Promote services/products as per campaign requirements
• Clearly explain offers and handle objections professionally
• Maintain call quality, confidence, and conversion focus
• Accurately record call outcomes and follow-ups
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in calling / telemarketing (USA campaign preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral/US-friendly accent
• High level of confidence, persuasion, and listening skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (USA time zone)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Stable internet connection and professional call setup (if remote)
