We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to enhance our front-office operations and support daily administrative functions.

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to enhance our front-office operations and support daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and couriers.
- Prepare hospital quotations, print invoices, and delivery challans.
- Provide general administrative support to front desk operations.
- Education: Minimum B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of front desk or reception experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, call handling, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional Attributes: Professional, organized, punctual, and reliable demeanor.
