Job Summary:
The Campus Head is responsible for overseeing the administrative and academic functions of an educational institution. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and management to ensure the effective operation of the campus, student satisfaction, and the achievement of academic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the campus, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and vision.
- Oversee daily operations of the campus including academic programs, student services, and facility management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that enhances student learning and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Manage budgetary and financial planning in coordination with the finance department to maintain fiscal health.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote professional development and enhance teaching quality.
- Establish partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to enhance educational offerings and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the academic performance and progress of students.
- Lead efforts in student recruitment, retention, and enrollment growth.
- Handle crisis management and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the campus community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in educational administration with 6-10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with staff, students, and external partners.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Doctorate preferred.
- Experience with on-site work and management of educational institutions.
- Familiarity with academic and non-academic program development.
- Proficiency in using technology and data analysis tools for educational administration.
