Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC)

KPEZDMC, owned by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is seeking a visionary and transformational leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead and manage the organization under the guidance of the Board of Directors to develop and manage world-class economic zones, promote rapid industrialization, and generate employment opportunities in the province. The position involves strategic planning, project execution, resource management, and fostering transparency and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company in accordance with directions from the Board of Directors.
  • Implement strategies and policies approved by the Board.
  • Ensure resources and funds are safeguarded, used efficiently, and economically.
  • Promote business development and attract investors for industrial growth.
  • Strengthen public-private partnerships and ensure project execution quality.
  • Maintain statutory compliance and uphold integrity and transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Requirements

  • Must qualify the “Fit and Proper Criteria” for appointment as Chief Executive of a Public Sector Company per SECP Guidelines (2015).
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Administration, Business, Management, Engineering, or allied disciplines from a reputed and accredited institution.
  • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience, including 7 years in a senior managerial and strategic leadership role.
  • Proven track record in business development, governance, and public sector management.
