Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), Peshawar, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nursing Director on a contract basis. The Nursing Director will provide leadership, supervision, and administrative oversight for nursing services across the hospital. The role requires strong professional nursing qualifications and substantial experience in both administration and teaching within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and coordination of all nursing departments.
• Develop and implement nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead nursing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high-quality patient care aligned with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning.
• Manage nursing budgets, resources, and departmental operations.
• Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse with BScN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• MScN (Master of Science in Nursing) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in administration and teaching within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex hospital workflows.
