[justify]The client is looking for a hands-on CEO to build, professionalize, and scale a manufacturing startup with an established operational foundation. The CEO will lead manufacturing operations, commercial growth, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and executive team building while developing the existing manufacturing setup into a high-performance manufacturing organisation and establishing a new factory. Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch manufacturing operations, including the development of a new manufacturing facility.
- Develop and execute company strategy in partnership with the Board.
- Scale production capabilities and drive operational excellence.
- Develop government, institutional, and commercial business channels.
- Oversee quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial performance, P&L, and capital allocation.
- Build and lead the executive team, including key functional leadership.
- Establish a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.
- 10+ years in high-end, technical, or advanced manufacturing.
- 3–4+ years in an executive leadership role, preferably as CEO, COO or VP manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical engineering and manufacturing background.
- Experience setting up and scaling manufacturing facilities from setup through production.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, assembly, and operations.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Quality Management expertise.
- P&L ownership, supply chain, and procurement experience.
- Experience building and leading senior leadership teams.

- Experience in defence, aerospace, automotive, heavy engineering, industrial equipment, or other high-precision manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with greenfield or brownfield manufacturing projects, including plant setup, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
- Exposure to ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or other internationally recognized quality management systems.
- Familiarity with CMM, SPC, metrology, and precision quality processes.
- Experience managing capital expenditure and manufacturing expansion projects.
- MBA or advanced degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or another relevant Engineering discipline.
