Details
HR POD Careers is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our client’s IT services and consulting operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in operational leadership, business growth, and P&L management, with a proven record of building and guiding high-performance teams. This role demands strategic thinking, international exposure, and hands-on operational expertise to drive excellence and growth across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to define and execute business growth strategy.
- Build and scale sales and go-to-market operations across North America, GCC, and Europe.
- Ensure world-class delivery of IT services including Salesforce, Odoo, data analytics, and custom software development.
- Lead company-wide hiring, performance management, and team development.
- Oversee operational efficiency, profitability, and organizational scalability.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and key financial targets with strong fiscal responsibility.
- Guide the company’s technology direction and market positioning to maintain competitive advantage.
- Foster a results-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT services, consulting, or staff augmentation.
- Proven success in scaling business operations and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong financial acumen with solid P&L and strategic management experience.
- International market exposure (North America, GCC, or Europe) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
