Sardar Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Manager, Civil to lead and manage multiple commercial and residential construction projects from inception through to completion. This key role demands a professional with at least ten years of experience who can effectively oversee all aspects of construction management including gray structure and finishing works, cost control, contract management, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will supervise a team of seven, ensuring all projects meet established quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints while maintaining strong collaboration with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

The Manager, Civil is responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQ evaluations, while also planning schedules and resource allocation strategies to optimize project delivery. This position requires proactive problem-solving to resolve site-related issues promptly and the ability to coordinate procurement activities and delivery of materials and services. The role actively contributes to the strategic execution and successful completion of projects, upholding the companys reputation for excellence in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial and residential construction projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Oversee gray structure and finishing works, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and monitor cost estimates, budgets, and expenditures to ensure financial control.
• Conduct comprehensive BOQ evaluations and verify quantities for accurate project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and efficient resource allocation strategies.
• Manage procurement processes including material sourcing and contractor selection to optimize project efficiency.
• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality and safety standards.
• Monitor ongoing progress and implement timely interventions to resolve site-related challenges.
• Manage a team of seven professionals, fostering teamwork, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve concerns, and maintain strong project alignment.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on deadlines and project deliverables.
