Our client Cosmo Inc. is hiring a Client Servicing Executive in Lahore.

Role
This is an account ownership role, not a specialist role. You will be the person who holds an account together, managing the client, coordinating the team, and making sure marketing work actually ships. Marketing knowledge is the foundation, not the full job.
At this level, you will own 1–2 accounts with guidance and grow into full ownership over time. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do next. You figure out what needs to happen and you make it happen.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Be the main point of contact on your accounts — understand client needs, priorities, and business context
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through
  • Run regular status calls, prepare meeting notes, and track action items to closure
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems and flag them early — internally and to the client

Internal Coordination
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable work for designers, copywriters, and developers
  • Own the project timeline — set deadlines, track progress, and hold the team accountable
  • Connect the dots across functions so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Escalate blockers quickly rather than letting them compound

Marketing Execution
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Develop and manage content calendars; coordinate content production with the team
  • Set up and manage basic marketing automation flows
  • Track campaign performance and pull regular reports with clear, client-ready commentary
  • Support pitches, proposals, and quarterly reviews as needed


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, account management, or client servicing role
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing: email, content, and basic automation are must-haves
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear, confident communicator, written and verbal, with clients and internal teams alike
  • Strong project management instincts: you track, follow up, and close loops without being asked
  • Comfortable working across creative, technical, and strategic conversations
  • Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar is an advantage
  • A bias toward action, you move, you ask, and you own the outcome

In 3 Months:
  • You know your clients, their brand, their priorities, and the team rhythm
  • Campaigns are going out on time with no surprises
  • No one is chasing you for updates

Salary range: 120,000 PKR-140,000 PKR
Please note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally.
