The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of HR Specialist under its Career Opportunities program. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and developing HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient human resource management within the Authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with PPRA’s objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee performance evaluation systems and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR-related laws, regulations, and government guidelines.
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll management.
• Provide advisory support to management on HR planning and organizational development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and promote a positive work culture.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR policy formulation, talent management, and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of public sector HR practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
