UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience who can translate client requirements into intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to design impactful web and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Translate client requirements and business goals into effective design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct basic user research and identify usability improvements
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts and iterate based on client feedback
• Ensure consistency through design systems and UI standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency or client-facing environment
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with modern UI trends and usability best practices
