Construction Manager ( Gray Structure)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the construction of gray structure projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols at the construction site.
- Resolve any disruptions or unexpected issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of over 10 years in construction management, specifically in gray structure projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification or licensure in construction management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work on-site and in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to walk and stand for extended periods during site inspections.
- Comfortable with lifting equipment and materials as necessary.
