Fim Enterprises is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of five years in similar roles primarily focused on building and civil works. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role on construction sites, overseeing daily operations to ensure projects meet quality standards, scheduling deadlines, and budget requirements. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing construction processes, quality control, and accurate cost estimation to support project success.

The Site Engineer will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to maintain safety standards and compliance with building regulations. Although this role does not include team management Responsibilities

, it demands strong collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, guaranteeing that all technical specifications and design plans are executed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on site progress, quality assurance, and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to interpret drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Manage surveying activities to establish reference points for construction work and verify design accuracy.
• Use AutoCAD and other design tools to analyze and review building plans and make recommendations as needed.
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs to support budgeting and resource allocation efforts.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure all onsite activities adhere to environmental and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to schedule deliveries and manage material inventories.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to overcome challenges during different phases of construction.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of progress reports and documentation required for regulatory approvals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and optimization strategies.
• Ensure that all construction activities align with the project timeline and budget constraints.
