Content Marketer - TestTrick

Our client TestTrick is hiring a Content Marketer in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies aligned with TestTrick’s marketing and business goals.
• Create blogs, landing pages, guides, and case studies.
• Produce educational content around recruitment, talent assessments, skills testing, and HR technology.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, industry, and audience research.
• Optimise content for search engines, readability, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, design, and customer success teams.
• Create content that supports different stages of the buyer journey.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Has a thorough knowledge of content-level SEO.


Requirements:

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong grasp of SEO best practices, keyword research, and social media platforms.
• Understanding of how content ties to conversions and lead generation, not just traffic/engagement metrics
• Comfortable analyzing content performance data (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B content strategy, with exposure to how content supports conversions and lead generation.
