We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Support Officer to manage both customer support interactions and content-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support by assisting with operational processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely and professional resolution within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to gather information, resolve customer concerns, and improve processes.
- Perform manual testing of applications, websites, features, and content.
- Create, review, and maintain content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Document and report testing results, defects, and relevant business activities.
- Intermediate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with documentation and content support tools.
- Graphic designing experience or familiarity with design tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
