Content Writer - Night Shfit

As our Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that do not just get clicks: they build pipeline. You will architect user journeys, map intent at every stage of the funnel, and structure content ecosystems that guide the right visitor to the right page at the right time.

This role is for someone who reads a weak content brief and feels the urge to fix it before writing a single word.

Content Strategy & User Journey

• Designing end-to-end user journeys that map content to each stage of the buyer funnel: awareness, consideration, and decision
  

• Building intent maps that align content topics to what users are actually trying to accomplish, not just what they are searching for
  

• Structuring sitemaps and content architectures that reduce friction, improve crawlability, and guide users toward conversion
  

• Auditing existing site structures to identify journey gaps, dead ends, and pages that fail to move users forward
  

• Developing content briefs that include user journey context, not just keywords and word counts
  
  
  

Content Production & Client Voice

• Writing and editing long-form content: blog posts, service pages, case studies, pillar pages, and thought leadership
  

• Capturing client voice, writing for a brand in a way that sounds like them specifically, not like every other agency client
  

• Conducting content gap analyses to find high-intent opportunities competitors are capturing
  

• Managing multiple client content calendars and delivering on time, every time
  

• Collaborating with the SEO team to ensure every piece of content serves a strategic and structural purpose
  
  
  
  
  

• 2+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or agency setting
  

• Demonstrable understanding of user journey design and intent mapping, not just writing to a keyword
  

• Experience building or contributing to sitemap and content architecture decisions
  

• Strong writing across formats: blogs, landing pages, pillar content, and conversion copy
  

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals: intent alignment, keyword integration, content structure
  

• Experience working directly with clients, taking direction while pushing back when needed
  

• A portfolio showing range: funnel-aware content, a strong service or landing page, and at least one thought leadership piece
