Responsibilities:

  • Analyze website and landing page performance to identify drop-off points.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across pages, funnels, and campaigns.
  • Improve conversion rates for leads, demos, and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Use analytics tools to study user behavior and identify friction points.
  • Work with design and development teams to implement optimization changes.
  • Develop hypotheses based on data and continuously test improvements.
  • Monitor funnel performance and report on conversion metrics regularly.
  • Support optimization of paid and organic traffic landing experiences.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user journey optimization.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of UX principles and behavioral psychology basics.
  • Ability to run structured experiments and interpret results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
