iQansoft is looking for a creative, versatile, and AI-savvy Creative Designer to join our marketing team.

We're seeking someone who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs, engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, and high-quality videos that make an impact across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals, hands-on technical skills, creative storytelling, and the ability to use modern AI tools to enhance the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, icons, and visual assets for websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and visual identities aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce performance-focused advertising creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.

Motion Graphics & 2D Animation

• Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustration-based animations.
• Develop animated explainers, promotional videos, product demonstrations, and social media content.
• Animate illustrations, characters, typography, icons, and other visual elements.
• Develop storyboards and apply smooth transitions, visual effects, and professional animation techniques.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, interviews, testimonials, and corporate content.
• Transform raw footage into polished videos using transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization for different platforms.

AI-Powered Creative Design

• Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for creative ideation, image generation, animation, and video enhancement.
• Integrate AI-generated assets with traditional design techniques while maintaining originality, quality, and brand consistency.
• Explore emerging AI tools and techniques to improve creative output and production efficiency.

Creative Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to translate briefs and campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Contribute creative ideas, visual references, and innovative approaches to marketing campaigns.
• Independently manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and provide editable source files when required.
  
  
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills

• Strong graphic design, illustration, motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing abilities.
• Creative thinking, visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent video editing software.
• Ability to adapt designs across different brands, audiences, and digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of animation principles, transitions, visual effects, and video production techniques.
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media formats, and platform-specific design requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design, image generation, video creation, and creative workflows.
• Awareness of current design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and brand consistency.

Expertise

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, or a related creative role.
• Hands-on experience creating social media creatives, digital ads, illustrations, motion graphics, 2D animations, and edited videos.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools to support creative production.
• Ability to independently manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.
• Experience with character animation, rigging, Blender, Adobe Character Animator, Figma, Canva, or UI/UX design is an advantage.
• Experience with performance marketing creatives, AI video generation, and multiple brand campaigns is a plus.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
