We are looking for a skilled Lead Video Editing & Design to manage a team of editors and designers while producing high-quality, marketing-focused creatives. The role requires both hands-on execution and team leadership.
- Lead and manage video editors and graphic designers.
- Oversee short-form videos, talking-head content, and design creatives.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with marketing goals.
- Provide creative direction and feedback.
- Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Strong experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Understanding of social media and performance-driven content.
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
