Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can craft visually compelling content for a B2B software services company. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, stays updated with social media trends, and can create engaging creatives that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
While prior UI/UX experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. We value strong graphic design fundamentals, creativity, and a willingness to learn product design and Figma-based UI/UX workflows over time.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing Design (Primary Focus)
- Design high-quality social media creatives for:
- Create carousel posts, promotional graphics, thought leadership visuals, and campaign creatives.
- Design banners, email graphics, brochures, company profiles, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Create visuals that effectively communicate technology, software development, AI, cloud, and digital transformation services.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create compelling campaigns.
UI/UX Design (Secondary Focus)
- Assist in creating wireframes and UI mockups in Figma.
- Support the design of landing pages, websites, and web applications.
- Learn and contribute to user experience improvements under senior guidance.
- Maintain design consistency across digital products.
Required Skills
- Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing social media creatives and marketing designs.
- Good command of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout design
- Visual hierarchy
- Ability to create modern, clean, and professional B2B marketing creatives.
- Understanding of social media content formats and best practices.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a software house, digital agency, or marketing environment.
- Has designed social media campaigns for technology, software, SaaS, IT services, or B2B brands.
- Can independently create eye-catching LinkedIn and Instagram creatives.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Eager to learn UI/UX and product design.
- Self-motivated and open to feedback.
Nice to Have
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Experience with Canva, After Effects, or short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Exposure to WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow projects.
- Experience creating reels, animated posts, or video snippets for social media.
