Job Summary:

The Store Maintenance Manager involves comprehensive management of daily work orders through the Service Channel, ensuring efficient resolution of maintenance issues. This position will be responsible for creating and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) based on maintenance needs, as well as reviewing, qualifying, and awarding vendor proposals.


Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and resolve daily work orders through Service Channel.
  • Create and issue RFPs (Requests for Proposals) based on maintenance needs.
  • Review, qualify, and award vendor proposals.
  • Create and manage projects in SAP.
  • Track approvals, purchase orders, and project closeouts.
  • Audit work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Review and process monthly housekeeping and maintenance expenses while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including capital project updates.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
  • Manage warranty-related issues for new construction projects.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the maintenance team.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency with Service Channel.
  • Strong background in vendor and contractor management.
  • Experience in facilities and maintenance management.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations and facility management procedures.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Effective leadership skills with a track record of team supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP
