As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Creative Team Lead who can inspire creatives, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time while exceeding client expectations.

About The Role

As the Creative Team Lead, you will oversee a remote team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative assistants. You'll be responsible for maintaining creative quality, ensuring brand consistency, mentoring team members, and coordinating workflows across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance creativity with operational excellence in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a remote team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative professionals
• Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Translate client requests into clear creative direction and actionable tasks
• Manage project timelines, priorities, revisions, and team workloads across multiple clients
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and ongoing performance support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, processes, and team efficiency
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative leadership, art direction, or senior creative role
• Experience managing or mentoring graphic designers, video editors, or other creative professionals
• Strong understanding of branding, visual design principles, and creative workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• A collaborative leader with a coaching mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
• Experience supporting e-commerce or digital marketing brands is a plus
  
  

Technical & Work Requirements

Internet

• Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps (LAN connection required)
• Backup internet connection with at least 25 Mbps

• Laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel i5 (10th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
