CRM Sales Coordinator

People Perfect is hiring a CRM Sales Coordinator for one of its clients. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage quotations, orders, and customer records, and to support the sales team in achieving its monthly and annual targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue quotations and sales order documentation in CRM software.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely order confirmations.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders with the sales team.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
• Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Additional certifications in Sales Administration or Customer Service are a plus.
