Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Care team.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Handle customer escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations.
- Monitor team KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly service reports.
- Develop and improve customer service processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
