Our client Phoenix Coderex is hiring a Customer Sales Representative (Night Shift) in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a US campaign or call center is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in the 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM night shift.
