Our client Phoenix Coderex is hiring a Customer Sales Specialist in Lahore.

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and customer outreach.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  
  
  

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the USA market and customer behavior preferred.
