Our client M&M Digiflow is looking for a Customer Service Call Handler in Islamabad

M&M Digiflow is seeking a dedicated Call Handler / Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. You will use your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and accurately. This position requires fluency in English and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it offers the opportunity to develop your skills in multitasking and effective call handling using advanced call handling systems.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer calls and provide clear, concise, and accurate information to address inquiries and resolve issues. Utilize call handling systems efficiently to document interactions, update customer records, and track case progress. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the companys reputation. Navigate multiple tasks simultaneously while managing customer expectations and delivering timely solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved matters to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution. Continuously update your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide current and relevant assistance. Collaborate with team members and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer service quality.
