Requirements:

2. Must have your own personal laptop in good working condition.
3. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
4. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
5. Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
6. Good computer skills, including proficiency with email systems.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
