Outbound Outreach Coordinator - Esketchers

Our client Esketchers is hiring a Outbound Outreach Coordinator in Lahore.

As we expand our reach into international markets, we are looking for confident, articulate communicators to represent Esketchers in front of global prospects.
The Role
As an Outbound Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential business clients in international markets, building early-stage relationships, and scheduling conversations that connect prospects with our senior team.
This is not a scripted call center role. We want people who can hold genuine, intelligent conversations, navigate real objections, and represent Esketchers with clarity and confidence.

What You Will Do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across international markets — primarily US, UK, Canada, and Australia
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations through calls and follow-up emails
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate handovers to our senior team
• Follow up consistently and professionally to nurture early-stage prospect relationships
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity in our CRM
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth transitions and aligned messaging
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly outreach and scheduling targets
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Communication: Clear, fluent, and professional English with a neutral or internationally friendly accent — one that builds instant trust on a call
• International Calling Experience: Prior experience engaging clients or customers from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia strongly preferred
• Outbound Experience: Comfortable initiating a high volume of outbound calls daily, navigating gatekeepers, and reaching the right people
• Resilience: Handles objections and rejection professionally, maintains energy and focus throughout the shift
• Coachability: Receptive to feedback and committed to continuously improving outreach quality
• Tech Comfort: Quick to adapt to CRM platforms, auto-dialers, and outreach coordination tools
• Availability: Must be Lahore-based and committed to on-site work during the 3PM – 12AM shift
  
  

Experience

• 1–3 years in a BPO, international call center, telesales, or outbound customer engagement role
• Exceptional communicators with strong drive and limited formal experience are also welcome to apply
