We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our client's GCC (Export) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing export orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication with GCC clients.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our client's GCC (Export) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing export orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication with GCC clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Process and track export orders for GCC customers.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and deliveries.
- Prepare reports and maintain customer service records.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in export or international trade.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience handling GCC or international customers will be an added advantage.
