Our client Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Call Center in Karachi
We are looking for dedicated individual to join our team as Call Center Officer. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promptly managing and resolving customer queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will assist customers with investment solutions and must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Experience: 1 year of experience related field, preferably Financial / Mutual Funds Industry.
