Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be confident in handling customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Engage with parents, students, and tutors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Guide customers about our home and online tuition services.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Record customer information and update inquiry details accurately.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or A-Levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Good typing speed and proficiency in WhatsApp Web and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
