Our client Optima Technology Zone Pvt Ltd is looking for a Social Media Manager in Islamabad

As the Social Media Manager, you play a key role in managing and growing Optima Technology Zone Pvt Ltds presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok by producing engaging and relevant content, monitoring social trends, and interacting with our community. You will be responsible for writing website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and B2B pitch materials that reflect the brands voice and resonate with our target audience. Utilizing your knowledge of tools such as Canva and social media scheduling and analytics platforms, you will track growth metrics and deliver insightful monthly performance reports. Your strategic input and hands-on approach will help create a vibrant and responsive online community that supports our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly content calendar for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to ensure consistent and timely posts.
• Create and write engaging content such as website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and B2B pitch materials to accurately represent the brand voice and promote coworking memberships and events.
• Craft captivating social media captions, select appropriate hashtags, and manage community responses to foster engagement and build a strong online community.
• Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to produce visually appealing posts, reels, and stories that align with the overall content strategy.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitive activities, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize content and improve audience interaction.
• Manage direct messages and comments across social channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize social media tools and content management systems to schedule posts, track performance, and maintain organized content workflows.
• Report on social media growth, reach, and engagement insights monthly to inform strategic decisions and content adjustments.
• Stay updated on SEO best practices and incorporate them into content where applicable to increase discoverability and reach.
• Champion brand building efforts by maintaining a consistent brand identity and voice across all social media communications.
• Engage with the online community to build loyalty, encourage feedback, and foster lasting relationships with followers and potential customers.
