Customer Service Representative - HR Business Solutions

Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lahore.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Process and track export orders for GCC customers.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and deliveries.
• Prepare reports and maintain customer service records.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in export or international trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience handling GCC or international customers will be an added advantage.
