Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support the delivery of an AI-based solutions. This is a hands-on coaching role, not just a facilitator of Agile ceremonies. You will work closely with product teams, Product Owners, and leadership to improve agile maturity, enhance collaboration, and drive business value.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution, helping teams continuously improve while supporting broader agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

• Coach leadership and portfolio stakeholders to strengthen business agility and outcome-driven delivery.
• Support the evolution of the organization's agile operating model and transformation initiatives.
• Promote business agility, product thinking, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and help manage dependencies in a multi-team environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership.
  
  
  

Operational Responsibilities

• Coach multiple Scrum teams to improve agile maturity, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, value-based prioritization, and product discovery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement workshops where needed.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Foster agile best practices across Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Senior Scrum Master.
• Proven experience coaching multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Strong experience working with Product Owners, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and modern product development practices.
• Experience working in scaled Agile or multi-team environments.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI-enabled products, digital products, or software development organizations.
• Experience working with Salesforce-based product teams.
• Strong understanding of product operating models and product discovery practices.
• Experience coaching organizations on business agility, outcome-driven delivery, and OKRs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI tools to enhance Agile ways of working.
