- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotating day off)
- Salary: Up to 50,000 PKR (Based on experience)
- Location: Lahore
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding fintech product features and account issues.
- Guide users through account creation, verification, and transaction processes.
- Troubleshoot technical glitches and payment failures patiently.
- Escalate complex financial or technical issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and quality scores.
- Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Skills: Basic understanding of fintech apps, mobile wallets, and digital banking.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
