Our client Nova Finance is hiring a Customer Support Officer (CSO) (Male) in Lahore.

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding fintech product features and account issues.
• Guide users through account creation, verification, and transaction processes.
• Troubleshoot technical glitches and payment failures patiently.
• Escalate complex financial or technical issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and quality scores.
  
  
  
  

• Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Skills: Basic understanding of fintech apps, mobile wallets, and digital banking.
