Nova Finance is seeking energetic and driven male Customer Support Officers to join our on-site team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless financial service experience.


Job Overview

  • Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotating day off)
  • Salary: Up to 50,000 PKR (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding fintech product features and account issues.
  • Guide users through account creation, verification, and transaction processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical glitches and payment failures patiently.
  • Escalate complex financial or technical issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and quality scores.



Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of fintech apps, mobile wallets, and digital banking.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
