  • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Database design experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support for client products and services, owning escalations from front-line teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical support
  • Networking and OS fundamentals
  • Ticket management (Zendesk/Freshdesk)
  • ITIL certification (preferred)

Support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across Orca BPO.

  • Bachelor's in HR or Business
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of local labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Handle data entry, document verification, and administrative operations for our global client base.
