Functional Consultant

This role is critical to ensuring successful Odoo implementations and long-term client satisfaction. By bridging business needs with system functionality, the Odoo Functional Specialist drives efficient project delivery, maximize ERP adoption, and supports scalable growth while strengthening client relationships and operational excellence.

This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and functional creativity to design effective Odoo solutions. We’re looking for someone proactive with a strong “get it done” mindset, who can independently drive tasks forward and solve functional challenges with practical, business-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Odoo modules based on business requirements
• Manage functional project delivery and day-to-day system support
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams
• Provide user training and functional documentation
• Act as the main functional contact for clients and stakeholders
  
  

Must Have

• Hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Specialist
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.)
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Experience in project delivery, user support, and issue resolution
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and user training
  
  

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with ERP implementations across multiple industries
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (workflows, integrations, APIs)
• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles
