Dairy Development Officer - Bahawalpur

Dairy Development Officer is responsible for planning and implementing the activities for continuous improvements in agri and livestock management for local farmers to ensure the availability of quality milk in required volumes. The position requires to create a platform for farmers to ensure the cost-effective quality milk by providing them with proper animal nutrition and health care products & advises.

• Engagement & development of commercial & large farms in a highly competitive market.

• Train, coach & develop staff on regular and emerging challenges

• Person at this job must be technically sound on all aspects of dairy farming and must keep himself updated with modern developments

• Have good knowledge of milk industry and current ongoing trends

• Convince farmers on modern technologies to be implemented at their farms bearing all expenses by farmers themselves• Requires a unique set of skills to perform job

• Must have strong negotiation skills

Position at Bahawalpur as Dairy Development Officer. Cross Department Teams:-MPAS Operations-Engineering Services-Logistic Operations-Planning & Accounts Team based at HO
