As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Odoo-based solutions to businesses across different industries.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, or willingness to quickly learn Odoo business processes.
- Ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and client requirement summaries.
- Ability to understand client pain points and coordinate with the functional/technical team to propose the right solution.
- A target-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
