Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable business strategies. In this role, you will own the data pipeline from extraction to reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational trends, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver clear insights that drive executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable business strategies. In this role, you will own the data pipeline from extraction to reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational trends, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver clear insights that drive executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction: Query database structures to extract clean, relevant datasets.
- Data Cleansing: Standardize data and resolve inconsistencies to ensure total accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain automated, interactive visual dashboards.
- Insight Delivery: Translate complex data metrics into concise reports for management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to identify critical metrics and business goals.
- Process Optimization: Recommend workflow enhancements based on statistical data trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience building reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Spreadsheets: Mastery of advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Programming: Basic proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical findings to non-technical partners.
