Position Summary
Eskar is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making across sales, inventory, operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience using data tools to create meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
Analyze business data and identify trends and opportunities.
Create reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain data accuracy through validation and reporting.
Support forecasting and operational improvements.
Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics preferred.
Strong Excel skills and experience with SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Retail or cannabis industry experience is a plus.
