About The Role
Being customer-obsessed and data-driven is what drives this role. We’re looking for individuals who can empathize with users and work towards making their everyday lives easier. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, but also excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, you’d fit right in. The role will require rotational working hours onsite to ensure smooth operational running of the 24/7/365 real-time setup, and collaboration with a global team.
This role directly powers a critical live customer-facing product safety product, which forms the foundation for multiple other safety features. You would be the expert at risk identification for all our customers using our safety products.
You would also work closely with the Research & Development teams to power our in-house Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models by generating high-quality training datasets. This requires an understanding of data requirements, data definitions, edge cases, tooling, and review processes.
In addition to that, you would also work closely with the Product team to run proof of concepts and experiments, which guide the direction of our Safety product suite, particularly in the areas of risk identification, mitigation, and reduction. You would also contribute to analyzing data to improve the user experience for our customers.
