Role Summary

Responsible for overall delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution. Leads project and engineering teams and acts as the key escalation point for delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple engineering projects

• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets

• Lead and manage project managers and engineering teams

• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Resolve delivery, technical, and resource escalations

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and processes

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)

• Project management certification preferred
