Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure design integrity and project compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, detailing specifications, and materials analysis.
- Review and understand building codes and incorporate them into design and planning.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase to address design-related issues.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure the accuracy of architectural plans with actual site conditions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in architectural design or drafting on commercial or residential projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design programs.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience with BIM software and 3D modeling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field preferred.
- Professional certification or licensure as an architect or in drafting is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous design work and drafting projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technology, and best practices in design and drafting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working on-site to understand spatial constraints and construction processes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address design challenges creatively.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic team environment and across various project phases.
- Strong time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
