Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: Market Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives

Target: $5,000 to $15,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

• Identify and engage potential clients for design services
• Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups
• Present design solutions effectively to meet client needs
• Close deals by demonstrating value and building trust
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for tailored solutions
• Stay updated on design trends and market competition

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or similar role
• Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
